These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, digital infrastructure, business kits, and private communities, including The Sovereign Suite. By accessing our systems or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access our services.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES 8th BLVD provides high-yield digital infrastructure, creative direction, and brand strategy frameworks. Our primary focus is building Done-For-You operational systems rather than providing long-term coaching or consulting.
Service Limitations: We operate strictly within the digital marketing and creative sectors. We do not provide, offer, or consult on housing applications, leasing approvals, or property management services for clients.
3. PURCHASES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND REFUNDS
Digital Assets: Purchases of standalone digital products, including the 8th BLVD Business Kit ($47), are final. Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of these architectural assets, no refunds will be issued once the deployment is confirmed.
The Sovereign Suite: The 8th BLVD Showroom System and Sovereign Suite operate on a $97/month subscription model. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Canceling your subscription immediately revokes your access to the community vault, private affiliate links, and the Supply Chain Registry. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
4. THE SUPPLY CHAIN REGISTRY (WHOLESALE PROCUREMENT) Members of The Sovereign Suite receive access to exclusive institutional allocations and wholesale procurement via our private infrastructure. By utilizing this service, you agree to the following:
Procurement Proxy: All wholesale purchases must be routed internally through our authorized Supply Chain Intake Form. You are not permitted to contact our vendors directly claiming affiliation with 8th BLVD, nor are you permitted to share our proprietary checkout codes, EIN, or tax-exempt status outside of the Sovereign Suite.
Fulfillment: Shipping times and inventory availability are subject to the vendor's 48-hour holds and processing cycles. 8th BLVD is not liable for vendor-side shipping delays.
Violation of Terms: Any attempt to bypass the internal intake form, share private community access codes, or misuse our corporate vendor accounts will result in immediate termination of your Sovereign Suite membership without refund and a permanent ban from the 8th BLVD ecosystem.
5. EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER We provide the exact blueprints and infrastructure used to scale our own operations. However, any revenue figures, case studies (such as flipping a $5,000 deployment into $8,587.13), or financial projections featured on our landing pages are for illustrative and educational purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee of income. Your individual success depends entirely on your own execution, market conditions, and work ethic.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All digital lookbooks, funnel snapshots, copywriting frameworks, and operational dashboards provided by 8th BLVD are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets for your own personal or business infrastructure. You may not duplicate, resell, or distribute our proprietary systems to third parties.

8. GOVERNING LAW These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
